FIR registration After P.O in 498a case

In 498a case , Husband of my sister declared P.O by the court as for last 2 years he is not attending the court. He was living on rent with his mother but he has left that house and we are not aware about his new residence. in Executions cases also he is not appearing. Now I come to know that now a new FIR will be register in Police PO staff. My advocate is saying that new case will have to be filed to register the FIR . Kindly let me know the right and easy procedure to do so. Thanks

Dear Sir...I am not fully aware about this but on discussing with one of my friend I come to know this. Then I discussed with my advocate ane he denied to this . In this plateform there are no of experts who are well experienced so I send my query to clear that. If it has disturb you in any sense then I feel very sorry for that
