Should I purchase two property having 2 different deeds from 2 different owners through one sale Deed ? Though 2 properties situated on same Dag no.
Guest (Expert) 16 January 2018
Seems to be a vague hypothetical query!

However, is there any specific reason that you want to purchase two properties that too belonging to two different owners with merely a single registered deed?
Kishor Mehta (Expert) 16 January 2018
Each property has to be registered with a separate individual document.

One person intended to purchase d entire premises in which Owner of gr.floor is the mother & owner of 1st floor is her son in the same premises, for which they hv separate Deed also. Both r agreed to sale, so in this case I was really confused that is it possible for d purchaser to buy the said two through one Deed of conveyance by mentioning two schedule ? Thnx for ur patience.

Your statement has no logical justification.

@ Mr. Dhingra,

You could have expected logical justification from the querist had the problem been real one. Apparently the query is hypothetical and academic one.

Being two executants, two sale deeds are the only option available to you.
If it is one executant and two properties, you think of one deed.

Agreeing with Mr. Kishore Mehta, Mr. Sri Vijayan.A ....

The Dag/Khata whatever IT is in local terms be same being two different executants/owners individual sale deed seems to be the option for you.
