Inter caste love marrige

Respected sir,
Iam willing to do love marrige with my love, are we not same in caste , i am hindu Gurav (Brahmin) and she is hindu( maratha) family not agree .
I request to you please provide me proper information .How can I do Legal inter-cast love marriage with my Love in one day process at Mumbai (Maharashtra)and after marriage I can got a legal valid marriage certificate immediately.
Please give me details . . . Please !

You could get married under the procedure of Special Marriage Act. As both of you are Hindu, the marriage could be solemnized through the Arya Samaj as well.

As regards to getting marriage certificate, the local procedure at the place of marriage needs to be followed.

A marriage, that too an unconventional one, is an onerous responsibility. Why you want to hurry with the things?

Spl Marriage Act is needed in case of inter-religious marriage which is not the case here.

both of you are Hindus and Arya Samaj may be willing to commit this marriage.
