Heirs entry in 7/12 extract

Dear Sir/Madam

I stay in mumbai. My mom dad has died in 2014 so i want to entered name in 7/12 extract. My mom has 2 brother and 2 sister. So i had one query that one of my mom brother in not signing the vaaras application rest all are ready. In this case how can i entered reset of the heirs in 7/12 extract?.

Mere entry in the 7/12 extract is of no consequence as to title to the property. The proper procedure is to execute a partition or settlement deed and get the mutation carried out on that basis.

Who is the owner of the property?

If it is of your mom or dead, bother of Mom can not object in transferring the property in the names of Legal Heirs.

Otherwise please state clear material facts.

I interpret that you want to enter names of all parties on land record , Even if one person signs affidavit and give necessary paper work will take place . Better take help of typist outside land record dept :)

If you want to enter your name and your mother is dead then your affidavit , death ceritficate , ration card , form is ok

Remaining issue of partition etc. is quite complicated and not that easy due to various laws affecting including fragmentation act etc. Need proper study
