ABOUT SEEKING INFROMATION UNDER RTI

Sir this is regarding one RTI against the result declaration of Promotional test in my organisation

i have done an RTI to ZONAL CPIO.

Sir.,they have given me reply on 22nd day of RTI in which they smartly rejected my RTI by informing only that promotion round is under process and it has not been completed,disclosure of the information sought may impede the process.as such the information sought is exempted from disclosure under section 8 1 h of rti

Sir pl help me what I have to do now,I am very much sure and confidant enough to pass the exam with good marks however my name not come in selected candidate list.

Sir is there any case reference no where CIC or court has ordered to any organisation to consider applicant RTI.

Sir first appeal is already filed by me,I got a call from appeallate authority department they have informed me that promotion round is under process so they will give me same answer as CPIO has given

I felt On call they trying to my brain wash .

I just want to ask u whether I have any other option to get my answer before completion of promotion round.
