I purchased a house in 1995 which was on name of minor. His father sold it without court permission. Can minor claim the property now. He was 12 years old in 1995. He didn't claim but I can't get loan on house.

Why is the loan refused? If a public sector bank, get the information under RTI.

Legally he cannot make any claim now More Over.It is more than 12 years now after he had attended major.

For your satisfaction you could transfer the property to your trust worthy family member by way of Settlement Deed which would be Less expensive than other deeds

Please get the information regarding refusal of the loan through RTI in case of Public Sector Bank.

You can try from other Bank.
