Minor child custody

My wife has left home due to her quarrelsome nature. We tried to make her understand but she made some allegation on me, my mother and relatives which indicates that she have some mental disorder. She is changing statement, some time saying that she did not said anything, my daughter is 7 month old. Through my inlaws I came to know that my wife is babbling at night and fighting to her mother. Her mother is also babbling at night. my wife after coming from work use to take tution instead of taking care of baby and use to fight if asked to take care of baby. I said to my in laws to handover my daughter back as mother is not well but they are Denying. Can I get my daughter sole custody ????? How to proceed in such type of problem

file a case in a court of law through your coounsel seeking direction to take custody of your child as the mother is unable to lookafter the baby due to her health condition.

Generally custody of child is given to mother. However, you can file case for custody of the child and also for visitation rights till case decided.
