sir mene ek bike li hai 2005 model. jis se mene bike li hai woh uska owner nhi hai usne bhi agey se bike li thi or wo bike kewal stamp paper ke base pr chla rha tha . or bike ki rc pr likha hua hai duplicate or leas agreement bhi likha hua hai. ab me us bike ko apne naam transfer krwana chata hun. mujhe kya krna padega uske liye or kon se form bhre jayenge . jisse me independently bike chla sku .

Find out the owner of the vehicle whose name is mentioned as a registered owner of the bike from Regional Transport office. Get the transfer forms signed by him and get the vehicle transferred in your name. This is compulsory process and you shall be in trouble if you use such vehicle without the process of transfer.
