i am resindednt from banglore .i am having land in name of my sister in hubli.now i want to get transfered to it in my name by gift deed .she is also having no objestion.. i wanna know what is procedure to be followed to transfer

Visit jurisdictional SRO and check with local senior deed writer sign gift deed along with witnesses....register it.
Take possession and submit the copy of deed to jurisdictional authority say;MC and get ownership/title transferred in your name....

Get the gift deed executed and registered. Applicable Stamp fee has to be paid.

Take help of local lawyer / document writer.
