My probation period is two yrs, before completing which, it is mentioned in the bond, that for any reason whatsoever if you leave the bank you Wil have to pay the bond amt. Pls reply at the earliest with the solution.

Notice period is part of service conditions drafted by employer and signed with employee in accordance with applicable enactments.

Check with Bank employee's unions if 3 months notice period is applicable to your designation.

Bond; You may have a chance to get waiver either by your skills or refund thru court of law on merits.

You have signed the bond / agreement, from the facts it would be difficult to go against the terms of the bond.
