My property distribution problem

My sister's got married on 1983 my father did not leave any will behind ,do my sister's have equal rights on the property ?, because ntrs women's succession. Act was passed in 1986 .

Yes. your sister have equal rights over the property with other legal heirs as per Hindu Succession Act.

Parents are biological ,sir I am a Hindu and my doubt is is Hindu succession act applicable on marriages before 1986 because before 1986 everyone I.e my sister's were given dowry and now if they ask property share it is a b it Eden for me
