I have filed a petition in family court for divorce. The respondent who is areested for case u/s 307 of ipc is in jail. The respondent attacked the petitioner monther. Hence respondent is in jail. Based on same reason. We have filed divorce..we have to serve summon to respondent. In what provision we can serve summon to jail. Or how to serve summon to accused who is in jail.
