Dera sir im from tamil nadu . Last few problem between two caste (between SC & BC). Few persons from Schduled caste stoned backward caste person n he seriously injured after that admitted in govt hoslital n raised FIR but police not doing any action on them . Meanwhile Scheduled caste ppl around 200 members given wrong complaint aganist Backward caste person n named 20 people n they asking to register FIR under PCR . How to overcome this ? PCR is used as a Protection for Politicians and the Innocent SC/ST people are not even aware of this Act.95% of the PCR Act cases ends in Acquittal Only.Better Consult and Appoint Local Good Senior Advocate expert in these matters.If possible go for Anticipatory Bail Or else Bail would be the Only Option
