EX EMPLOYER NOT SUBMITTING PF PAPERS TO PF OFFICE

My pf withdrwal papers were recieved by my ex emolyer on 3rd jan 2017as per POD of speed post.
I got an acknowledgment from them on 23rd March for the same.
They informed me that the papers will be submitted to PF OFFICE by 19th april and give me an acknowledgemnt.
Today is 21st i have got no mail from them. i have been sending mails to MD, HR. But no one bothers to revert.
Its been more than 3 months my papers are lying with them
What to dow now? Please suggest

have you checked from PF office.

If they have not submitted papers give complaint in writing to the RPFC. (no e-mail)

There seems to be some error in dates posted by you.

If PF forms have been received on 23rd March by employer and were attested and submitted to concerned PF office on 19th April then apparently much time is taken.

If these are submitted on 19th April then it is only 2days and not 3 months.

If PF forms have been received and were attested and submitted to concerned PF office then employer should supply the acknowledgment issued for employee (you) to you.

Usually designated person/ HR person/employer supplies photocopy/scanned copy of acknowledgment if more than one PF forms was submitted on one date.

Has employer supplied the salary slips showing PF deduction and PF number to you?

In that case, what is the relevance of declaring that anonymous reply will not be replied?
