Registration of redevelopment house

Dear sir, in a co-op,hsg society our house was on joint name of my father and mother...our society entered into redevelopment and the agreement was carreid out by my father &-mother...further we shifted to rented house,wherein my father passed away (expired)..as he has registered me as registered nominee of 100%...with due consent of my sister & mother & as per laws of co-operative hsng society my name was registered as a member on socity records & on share certificates.Now our redevelopment has completed and we are into registration process...and now I have been told by registrar .office that my name cannot be mentioned on agreement as the initial registration while starting of our redevelopment ,was of my father & mother so the new agreemnt will also be on their name only...tho we have submitted all documents as per co ~op hsng society...
Please guide and also please advice how safe am I to hold 50% joint owner...thankyou

What is the basis of denial of RCS to register your name as co-sharer?

Which state do you belong and what is the legal position qua transfer of membership from your (deceased)father on nomination?

Discuss with a local prudent lawyer with relevant documents/correspondence.

The Registrar cannot refuse.
Engage a local lawyer and get his assistance.

First Apply and Get the Legal Heir certificate of your Father and the Registrations would be done basing that.The Property can not Registered on a Nominee's name though you are one of the Legal Heir.Co Op housing is Right on denying your Request but a Fresh registration can not be made on a Person who is no more.
