What is procedure to omit one name in joint ownership of a property

How are concerned with this query and moreover it is an academic query. however it is not possible to remove. But one joint owner may execute gift deed/release deed in favour of another joint owner.

Gift Deed or Relinquishment deed might help you.. but details of the case need to be seen before coming to conclusion.

For which reason you have used the term: Removing!

Otherwise the owner can dispose the share by a valid/registered deed e.g; gift deed.
