Simply file an application mentioning the names of the parties to be added and the purpose of addition.

Thanks for response. Sir, I hv filed a Writ Petition at High Court against the State Govt and PWD. PWD issued an order for appointment on promotion in respect of 30 AE to EE. As per 200 point roster, Sl. No. 4, 7 & 10 are slots roster for ST. However, only general officers were kept from SL. No. 1-11, and all STs put down starting from 12. Now, court ask me to implead private respondents, I.e., SL. No. 4, 7 & 10. So, how to I implead? What is the format of application in this regard? Do I hv to file the application at the filing section ?

The case was admitted with a direction of 4 weeks notice to the respondents. However, I have to implead private respondents within a week.

Move an application u/o VI Rule 17 CPC for amendment of Memo of Parties along with proposed Memo of Parties.However, you are required to justify impleadment of new respondent(s).
