The author of WILL has to attend and stand before Registering Authroity.

registration of WILL is not compulsory but if registered then :-

(i) it's authenticity cannot be challenged

(ii) the mental health of deponent cannot be challenged.

(iii) cannot be challenged on the ground of misrepresentation or on pressure.

and can be challenged only on other grounds
