We both love each other a lot and we are both of us are 18 yrs old and our parents are rejected our love and stopped studies due to caste .we are from s.c and s.t ,her parents are trying to marry her with someone other.as soon as possible. I want to marry her but as per law bridegroom need 21 yrs of age but there is no time. I want to marry her as soon as possible. Please suggest me a proper way..please.

Wait until you are 21 years old.Tell your girl friend , your lover to wait and postpone her marriage on the pretext of further studies. Once you both are educationally and financially welloff then marry her.

Agreeing with Mr Narsimha. I will add as under:-

If you marry her now it will be illegal marriage and if you live togather you will be enticing her for sex by falsely making her believe that she is legally wedded wife.

You are in for rape charges.

Police will not need her complaint in this regard. They just need here medical examination and they know how to take her statement against you.

every friend or relative and priest who participated in the marriage will be liable as abettor.

There are lot many recent additions to IPC which can be slapped on you on her complaint and most of them are non-bailable.

Two hours in police station she will speak like a parrot what her parents want her to speak against you.

One night in lock up you will tear every dictionary which contain words like "love" "marriage" etc.

Agreed. As far as child marriage is concerned action can lie against the girl after marriage (which is not taking place as sen from his blog).

But marriage need not be there for ruining him.

The latest additions to the IPC refer. She can be made to allege so many section on him where his being below 21 is of no relevance.

However if he actually marries (violating law) by making her to believe that there is a legal marriage and legal bond of husband wife and starts living with her. He is in for rape. There will be no such allegation against her.

So he is vulnerable not she.

It is he he should keep cool and go home.

Once married elsewhere both will even forget the names of each other.

We have seen such marriages in movies in cinema.

but you never knew that

a. in movies the actors speak scripted dialogue after rehearsal.

b. if action/dialogue is not ideal then there is retake.

c. for doing this they are paid in lakhs for shooting for few hours..

d. even if they have to survive as a couple without society they have to do so only upto shooting hours. So they can live this short period even without income.

e. after shooting actors go home and live their real life.

f. they stand to lose nothing if someone wants to imbibe such artificial reel life and spoil his own real life. they had been doing so from the earliest hindi talkie "Achhoot Kanya"
