Nri cheated by own family

Respected lawyers, I m youngest of the three siblings I m US citizen now, I sent money to my family in early 2000 they bought a plot on my mother which is worth 1.5 cr now, so my older brother took it from her via gift deed, my sister took another property , my mom is alive and they are brain washing her that they both will take care of her am I m in aboard, they do not want to share any property with, I m feeling betrayed, can I challenge the gift deeds my mom made in my brother and sister 's name. What are my rights as a legal heir ? And also as I paid the money for the plots.
Is it possible to send a petition from abroad?
Please help me, more than monetary value, I want to punish them for their betrayal and brainwashing my mom against me.

Legally You Could have No Claim Or rights in the Concerned Properties even if you say Money was sent by you to your Mother.Better forget it and have peace of mind.You could place Polite request for amicable Settlement.If you Proceed Legally you would have No Result in your favour and would be further loosing Money and Time

Have you specified any Reason/Purpose while Sending the Money to your Mother and do you have any proof for that.If you have any such Strong Evidence Consult a Local good Advocate and you could Proceed Legally and First Obtain a Stay for those Properties to have No further transactions till the disposal of Suit.

I have the emails where they asked for money for buying plot and then building a compound wall, I would have forgotten but when I visited India last week they verbally abused and physically assaulted me, I want to show my kids that I can stand for myself using right path..
My bother is well off too. He is an executive engineer and his wife is a CA , my sister is goVT teacher and her husband is principal, I might feeling bad that they are well off and still cheating me poisoning my mother against mr

What is the statement of your Mother and with whom all the Documents from Parent document Lies.When it is Gift deed No question of any Money Transaction arises.If your Mother Understands your situation being a Senior Citizen her Case would be strong on the grounds Breach of trust and Betrayal Etc.if your Mother is willing to cooperate Consult A Local Good Advocate along with her.Otherwise Just Proceed Peacefully in Life and Leave things to God.His punishment would be More severe than Court But you have to waite

The property was in the name of mother, she has gifted it to your brother.
You have no claim in the property.

You must have shown all docs, verbatim, and details to your own able counsel.
What is the opinion of your own counsel that has examined everything?
