Present blog conveyes that you (probably ingovt job) did not resign to take new job and just applied for leave which was not sanctioned and joined new deptt and the old deptt treating you unauthroised absence.

You are likely to lose both jobs if this is the case.

Very hazy question, without discussing, who relieved you, why relieved you, whether applied through proper channel, and who issued memo for not reporting?

The question arises, when, as per your own statement, leave applied, "but not sanctioned," where arises the question of relieving while on leave?

You are in a misunderstanding that the memo issued wrongly. The fact is that you were not entitled to proceed to avail leave by absenting from duty without prior sanction of leave. Your case falls under the scope of unauthorised absence from duty.

Once relieved how memo can be issued? Some missing information. If you are working in Govt. institution it can not happen. You may clarify the position with real facts or consult an able legal expert dealing in service matters of your area for timey assistance.

Employee can be transferred and relieved for another department / branch while on leave, there seems no wrong in it from employer.

If orders for transfer / relieving not received and memo issued, reply the memo accordingly after consultation from some expert in such matters.
