Any warranty for flat from builder side?

Greetings to you!
I am Sugumar, i purchased a flat in Meridian Corner Apartment, Madurai South India.

The Builder is M/s. Profile Construction,
Er. Ramkumar has constructed the apartment and hand over the possession on 2009.

Since 2009 we are facing severe seepage in all areas, especially the main pillar is having the same problem.

My question is Is there any warranty for the flat construction from the builder???

Kindly help legally!!!

Any Defects Found after Handing Over the Builder would be Liable Only for 12 Month.Now it would be your Responsibility to get it Rectified.

The terms & conditions of your agreement are sacrosanct. Please check the same and do accordingly or get that examined properly by some local lawyer to have his opinion.

Well, no flats bears the guarantee of construction, more so, for a specific purpose.
Hence I am curious to know about the 12 months Mr Rajukar has commented in his post.

However do note that absence of guarantee for a specific period does not mean that the construction would be so faulty that various problems like yours would happen so early.
Similar is the case if the building collapses even after 4-5 years.
Hence you have remedy on condemner forum
File such case and get adequate damages and compensation.
