You may like to understand only one thing that interim maintenance is not a final amount of maintenance. That can be increased or decreased depending upon the facts coming to light during the course of trial.

About your requirement of judgment, I wonder, how would you like to use that, when your lawyer would be fighting the case. Furtherm it is the duty f your lawyer to find appropriate judgments, if he feel necessary. You cannot expect others to waste their time in making labour for your own paid lawyer.

Discuss with your lawyer. May take second opinion after showing all document to him.

You can go for appeal if not satisfied with the decision.
