He as wanted cheated me. Because I can not take any action or say it to anyone. So I just want to take action on this issue and teach him a lesson.

Madam,
If it is only love affair ,it is only a case of breach of promise for which you can file a suit for damages, if the girl/boy submitted to each other and indulged in sexual intercourse on the promise of marriage then the victim can file a complaint u/s 420 of IPC or cheating.
It is advisable to think it over all consequences,evidences before jumping it to litigation.
Consult a good lawyer face to face.
