divorce under Spl. Marriage Act

I want to file divorce after two years as my wife left me finally 6th September, 2014 and filed 125 crpc on 25 the Nov. 2014. The matter is disposed 2016 July. What precautions will I take and what safeguards will I take, pls. Guide me.

I am not sure what do you mean to say by ' precautions'?

What is meaning of precaution & safe guard for taking divorce?

Mutual consent divorce or mediation technique is way by which u get benefit to save ur marriage.

Under Section 27(i) (1) of the Special Marriage Act, 1954, if the wife has not resumed co habitation with the husband for a period of one year or more then he can approach the Court for grant of divorce. If during this period the wife has become of unsound mind or suffered any of the other disabilities mentioned in the section, a divorce application can be filed by the husband. Hence u have to bid ur time for at least one year for filing the divorce application.
