I have 5 bigha sc/st land in Rajasthan but how to convert in general category or commercial purpose any one

for conversion of agricultural land to Non-agricultural purpose, the RDO/SDO i.e. Revenue Authority of a Sub-division may issue orders after submitting the application with requisite fees prescribed as per rules. so contact local revenue authorities.

The land reserved for SC/ST in Rajasthan cannot be converted to general. It can be sold only to SC/ST persons.

I agree with expert Mr. Raj Kumar Makkar, land allotted in/from SC/ST quota was/is/can be used for purpose specified, which can not be transferred/converted.
