Sir hamara advocate humein vakalatnama nahi de raha hai taaki hum dusra vakil kar sakey . dus saal se case chal raha hai decree ho chuki hai phir bhi date pe date mil rahi hai toh ab hum kya kare .

if u r a senior citizen , plead u need fast date or if you are a sickly patient too you can get earlier date of hearing see that you either appear yourself with or without advocate just present facts of your case in a very simple direct language, you will get justice. regards guptaji.

Sandeep Ji file an application before the court and told your intention to change your lawyer, the court will ask your lawyer to settled the matter with you amicably if there is any fee issue then you pay fee to your lawyer and he is bound to issue NOC to you and later on you may engaged another lawyer.

Sir problem aisa hai ki doh dukaan case chal rahe thay usme se ek dukan k case ko humney settlement ho gaya jo uska paisa tha woh dekar lekin vakil bolta hai tumne settlement kyun kiya tumne usko paisa kyin diya isliye woh dusri dukan ka paper nahi de rahai aur case par apne chhote bhai ko bhai ko hearing k bhej deta hai.humein samajh nahi aa raha hai ki kya kare .
session court mein decree hone k baad samnewali party ne highcourt move kiya tha lekin hoghcourt ne apeal wapasse session mein bhej diya aur jabse jyadatar wakil taarikhpar aata nahi tha ..
dus saalse case chal raha hai decree hone k baad bhi sirf date mil rahi hai is case k dono log expire ho chuke hai ab unke ladke log taarikhpar jaatey hai .
koi suggestion bataiye sir kya kiya jaa sakta hai .
samnewali party humpar case karke dukan rentpar de kar khud gaon mein baithkar monthly 20 to 30 thousand rupees le raha hai aur hamare paas toh kabhi kabhi paise bhi nahi hotey hai ......
agar koi legal path ho jisse hum kuch kar sake toh bataiye sir
