Divorse case

I applied divorse on February 2015, my husband is an impotent...and after applying divorse he went to foreign for work...he informed judge also.... I don't know what to do....now they are asking for affidavit.....my question is
how he can go to foreign while I filled divorse case on him?
Is there is any way to speed up my case?

Pendency of divorce case is no restraint on a spouse to take foreign travel.
It seems he has filed a divorce suit in abroad.
If that is so you can consider to give consent and take foreign decree of divorce which would be valid in India if granted mutually.

U file ur affidavit in court so that court proceed further in case.

Prey the court to proceed ex-party if he / his lawyer is not attending the court on dates.

Affidavit for what? discuss with your lawyer.
