Senior citizen - civil suit

Dear Sir,

My father is 75 years old diabete patient. My father file case year of 2003. After prolonged battle we got trial this month. For cross examination my advocate do not want my father becasue my father confused and not proper answering to respondant advocate? what is the solution. I cannot go India for next one year. We do not have any friends or family members to give power to run case. What can we do? Kindly, advise please. Thanks,

Shall we file petition in court to issue an order to respondant ask cross examination queestion in writing we will be submit reply along with affidavit?

Yes. U can do it with permission of court.

If it is a civil court then there is no provision for written questionnaire or written reply in examination of witness.

He will have to face cross examination is person.
ThERE IS NO OTHER WAY OUT.
If his testimony is damaging the case then you can apply for closure of his evidnece.
