Reply to the point raised by Expert Mr. Sudhir Kumar.

These are your own service rules and you can very well understand these or check with union leaders and/or a lawyer.

If the appointment letter states that the service is transferrable, then the employee could be transferred during probation period as well.

As noted from many threads initiated by author the author has been transferred ( in concurrence to service rules.................(the link of which has been cited in one thread by the experts and not by author. The author has not posted the service rules so far in any thread.)

Now the author wants transfer back and is exploring if as per service rules Inter Distt. transfer in his case is possible or not.

The question arises is such transfer a mater of right!

If the attitude of the author is so arrogant then he does not deserves any reply form the valuable experts who spare their valuable time to help the needy by doing free service to the human kind through this forum.
