Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have filed a case u/s 138 of N.I.A in the court on behalf of my client, summons towards the address of the accused was issued by court and send back to the court as the accused was flied from there now i have the another address of the accused where the accused is running his activity presently, with the application of mine the court issued another summons to the accused on the new address which was given by us but the said summon neither does not recd.to the accused nor send back to the court. Now what to do in this matter, i have already filed an application to the court for By-Hand Summons.

Pl.give your valuable suggestions.

Take private notice or obtain hand over summons from court. If you are an advocate you should know the procedures of such routine matters.
