To change lawyer

Sir I file a petition in high court through a lawyer but I find him uncampatable as he can not file a case correctly in two months so I want to change that lawyer. But he did not give NOC and I have to change it immediately what can I do whether withdraw the case and file new. As it is in default condition.

If I submit an affidavit to withdraw case then all original documents that has been deposited will be given back or not.

Had asked for the NOC and return of documents in writing.

Entrust new lawyer and send registered letter to old informing that he has been withdrawn from the case. Ask new lawyer to bring the fact on case file.
