Share in Father Property

My mother has share in her father property as equall to all (father died) , without partition my mother's brothers(mama) are selling property, in this case weather my mother can registered her share in her son's name??

You may obtain the copies of mutation record, death certificate and show these to able counsel specializing in family/revenue/property/civil matters and well versed with local laws.

Until or unless your mother is owner of some share she can't register.

first, she can claim for her share in her father's property, if your grandfather died intestate. after she gets her share then she will have right to sell or dispose as she wishes.

One can sell his undivided share in the property.

Your mother can transfer her undivided share in the name of her son.

She should file case for partition. try to take stay to sell undivided share by others.
