Sir,

We are having 1.20 Acres agriculture land in survey no:65 (1.11 & 80 (0.09)in EC & Pattadhar passbook. but if we see in link documents its showing 1.02 & 0.18.Now in survey number 80 (4.19 acres) remaining 4.01 acres land person created pattadhar passbook (4.19 acres) & kept for bank loan and then registered land (4.19 acres) in 2006 by managing some revenue department officials (M.R.O).
what action can we take on this person

When the land was purchased by you?

Whether you obtained non encumbrance certificate before purchase?

Who kept the passbook?

Whether any Bank loan was taken by him if yes, by whom and when and how?

what is the position of the loan is at present?

Consult local lawyer, show him all related documents and discuss.

1)we purchased land in 1970,

2)E.C is in our name. In link documents it showing that every transaction is there.

3) Beside our land other person did for total extent of survey number.

Who was shown as transferree when registered land (4.19 acres) in 2006 in the name of the party you are talking about?

Also, have you got a copy of that registered deed?

Yes, we got document registered land in 2006 in the name of Busireddy.But if went to sub-register office and took EC it came nil for 0.18 cents, it came in My grand father name but in IGRS website it is showing in the name of Busireddy.

I asked you in connection with the registered sale deed in the name of the so called "this person", against whom you want to take action, not about your registered deed or any other record.

There is no relationship with that person registered (4.19 Acres). we are having land beside him. In that (4.19 A) extent we are having 0.18 acres agriculture land is registered in my grandfather name in 1970.still it is my grand father name.
