Dear Experts of the Forum,
Can any one ask for the Personal information( Service Records,pension declaration details) of a Person ,under RTI Act. 2005. Will the Officer -In- Charge will provide these details,Under the RTI Act.2005 or is there any bar?

You can certainly apply an application under RTI by providing the justified reason to obtain the same.

If this is not your academic query and you are facing some problem, better discuss the real problem, which you are actually facing. Else, you may apply for the information, if not restricted under the RTI Act, that would be supplied by the CPIO, otherwise not.
