Dv case - source of documents/ info about wifes bank accounts

Hi
In DV case, in the witness list I have requested wife's banks accounts info from Bank. She filed application to provide information about source of info of account numbers. Does court has right to ask same ? And if not provide any justified info wud court reject the application ??

Does Court have any right to ask to disclose any such information like bank account number .
Would Crpc section 316 support me in that case ? (Just a thot on what I found while reading on evidence )
