60 year old issue less lady deserted by her husband from last 25 + years but divorce could not taken place.
In the absence of divorce, upon her death , her property will go to her husband

Can she seek divorce now ?

Please clarify against each of the following questions:

1. Whether the lady in question has any properties in her name?

2. What she wants to do with the property after her death?

3. Is she wanting to get divorce only for the purpose of ensuring that the property does not go to her husband?

She can gift or make a will of her property. If she want she can proceed for divorce.

Anirudh ji : lady in question has properties in her name and as you rightly said she wanting to get divorce only for the purpose of ensuring that the property does not go to her husband
