Mental harassment being done to get relieving letter from co

This is to inform you that I had resigned from my company Fss and served and completed 3months notice period, but still fourth month is going on manager is forcing me to work with the company inspite of informing about my family problem they are not relieving me from the company and mentally harassing me.

1. Convince your next employer/HR/Line Managers to absorb you on the strength of copy of notice of resignation, final resignation and that it should not demand relieving letter, since until it is supplied to you, you can not supply it further.

You may preferably submit it in writing under proper acknowledgment.



2. Submit final resignation, citing reference of notice of resignation, clause(s) in appointment letter, and that NO tasks are pending at your end and to whom you should handover the charge within and upto..................dated (LWD), under proper acknowledgment on the spot.


You may mention that Mr/Ms................is forcing you to continue to work with the company and has stated that if you don't the relieving letter shall not be issued, and it is unfair.

You may submit the representation to good offices of appointing authority,MD,Chairman................and highlight your contributions,performance,rewards,awards,appreciations etc..................(and download each relevant document.).............and that never any stinker,show cause notice etc has been issued to you.


You may prepare and attach your own FnF statement and request to verify the same and supply you with copy of acknowledgment/acceptance of notice/resignation, service certificate,relieving letter,correct FnF statement,NOC/NDC,salary slip of all months including last month,PF a/c slips of each year, etc............


You may mention that non issuance of these documents shall render you unemployable and you will loose your source of livelihood.

The above is suggestion only.


You may draft your representations in your own words in consultation with your able labor law consultant, advisers,elders in the family,etc


Exhaust the internal option by making representation to good offices.


If the good offices also do not provide any relief then your able counsel can guide you further.

Issue a legal notice and abstain from attending the company on the basis of your resignation, serving fully the notice period and a mention about all these in the legal notice sent under registered post.
