job portal fraud

(Querist) 05 January 2016 This query is : Resolved
Sir recently a job provider services called me by taking my number from a renowned job portal naukri.com in which I have uploaded my resume.
They asked me to do registration for 2500 which they said was 1 Time non refundable payment and after that they said they will arrange interviews for me.but after registration they asked me to transfer 3600 more for document verification. They arranged the interview for me but after interview they are asking me to transfer 10000 as a security money for the training of 25 days which they will provide. All the conversation has been done on phone and I have transferred money to a bank account whose details were being provided by them. What should I do , please suggest. Should I file a case against them? What can be done because as a proof I have only bank slip and an email asking for money.

you may file a complaint against them before police regarding their misappropriation

Read the hidden terms again.. whether there is any such clause mentioned by the company.. or send the company a legal notice.

after reading your blog it appears that so far you have not disclosed any fraud on their part.

all you have discussed is that you were transferring money.

please come clear with facts.

If you are not interested in training do not remit money to them. Send legal notice demanding your money.

Dear friend,

This appears to be a fraudulent agency who are out to cheat job-seekers. Several such job-scams have been reported where applicants are asked to deposit money on various grounds and after collection such money the one who operates the scam vanishes and the telephones will also be discontinued. Therefore, please be cautious before parting with your hard earned money. No use of complaining to the Police also. However, if you so feel, you may go ahead with police complaint, but never make further payments unless and untill you are 100% sure about the credential of the party.

But the facts given so far do not indicate any fraud or cheating.

SO not able to agree or disagree with Mr AA Jose.
