Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 30 December 2009 This query is : Resolved
Dear friends,

This is from A. P.state. Can a pattedhar (Owner)gets, share or compensation from a protected tenant when he was given Right on the Land by the Revenue Authorities?

If yes; Further, this came to know to the legal heirs very recently through a will( WILL surfaced recently). Can it be enforced after a lapse of 40 years?

With regards,
And Thanking you All in anticipation of an early REPLY.

the pattadar (owner) will get 40% share in the property and Protected Tenant will get 60% share in the property.
can u explain who executed the will and what is mentioned in the will?

Though share allocation has been well defined by Mahesh but problem shall arise regarding limitation. You will have to explain the delay of each and every day which is impossible to tell but you have no option but to try for this.
