Sir,
PLEASE REPLY FOR THE CASE BELOW
If an innocent person is forced by his wicked friends to sign on a piece of paper that he had theft a valuable item (Actually the innocent person has not committed the crime) and also taken a video forcibly to accept the crime of theft, Is it sufficient to make the innocent person to be behind the bars??
If yes, then in India, nobody will be safe except bigshots and Politicians??
Please explain

If it is real case at your hands then approach an able lawyer ASAP..............and let your lawyer ascertain how it can be proved that the admission was extracted under coercion, threat, intimidation, force, pressure etc.............
Otherwise stay away from such elements as they can never be a friend.
It is better to be without friends than with such friends.

Seems to be an academic query. However please be aware that no such forcible extractions are maintainable in law.
