File a criminal complaint for stealing certain joint property items. And also file civil suit before the competent civil court for the recovery of those articles.

If you are aggrieved by your partner and have grievances against the loss and damages he caused to you, you have all the rights to lodge a criminal complaint against him venting out your grievances in the complaint with a request to take necessary legal action and fetch you the relief of recovery of the items alleged to have been stolen by him, besides this you may dissolve the partnership and file partition to get back you property
