Theft money from bank

i lost my atm card. some body has withdrawn rs.9000/- through atm on9-9-15 at1.51 pm No.410,Narasimhareddy la, banglore,neither police nor banker were doing nothing what is my right get back my money

You cannot get your money back. It is your negligence.

Submit a complaint in writing under proper acknowledgment to the bank and police.

The bank should help by providing CCTV footage......

Money can not be withdrawn till PIN is available. It seems you were keeping your PIN with your ATM card. If so, it is your negligence and Bank can not be held responsible for your negligence. You can lodge FIR against the culprit.
