Does my son have right on his grandmother's property

Sir I m a single divorcee woman.my son is 9 years old n in my custody.my in laws have properties in delhi worth more than ten crore but these properties are in my mother in laws name.can I file a casino claim my son's share in the abovesaid property??

Here, the properties are registered in whose name? If it is in their name, they are self-acquired properties of your in-laws nobody has claim.

If mother in law deceases without disposing the self acquired property in her life time and without leaving a valid WIll then her spouse and sons and daughters shall succeed her property.
