PW1 avoiding for cross so what remedy available

whether we take written cross, because at his local place face huge difficulty

First change your advocate. Next you may press this issue before the court on the next date of hearing and seek for dismissal of the case as the plaintiff is not willing to prosecute the case by not cooperating for cross examination despite sufficient chances given.
