pramotion in army

Sir unit never give me chance for qualification after that due to lacking of qualification unit supersed me in pramotion .so what i do ?

Have you requested the unit in writing to permit you to extend your qualification with out disturbing your normal work / duties? If yes, what was their reply.

No objection certificate shall be obtained for prosecuting the higher studies/for obtaining the higher qualifications.
Even though you had applied for the same, it is the discretion of the authorities concerned to accord permission or not.
Unless you acquire the prescribed qualification, you may not be entitled to claim promotion.

He has not even stated what are the facts.

He has not even stated whether qualification is departmental or educational.

He has not stated how this promotion was relevant to the promotion.

He has not even state whether he is officer or PBOR.

He has not even stated he lost promotion from which rank to which rank.

he has not even stated when he lost promotion.

it is very suprising that the querist is silent even on the basic facts leading to his query and we are replying on assumption and presumption.
