Troubled by local unemployed guys

I am an ordinary resident who is troubled by local unemployed guys frequently !
Now they have targeted my vehicle and they trouble me in all the possibel way for them ! i spoke in this regard to the policemen also but they do not seem to take a action against them !
Please suggest ?

Instead of Speaking About this to Police Men As Mentioned by You File a Complaint and Obtain FIR and If Required File the Same To Higher Authorities Of Police Also.

Lodge police complaint. Meet and write to higher officers. If police does not lodge, file direct complaint with the Magistrate.
