Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 13 August 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Sir I'm residing out of India and I'm married accordance to Muslim law and my wife living in her parents home for more then a year now she want to come India and apply for sepration kindly advice me if she try to register fake case do I able to travel abroad since I'm working in here should I consult any lawyer before I arrive please let me know the legal formaties
