Forged unregistered relinquishment deed

Sir,
I filed partition suit and got my share and father share and my sister share. After preliminary decree my sister filed two forged unregistered relinquishment deed at the time of final decree .I took objections for marking the document and not to take on records. Now my sister filed four petition namely impounding for stamp duty, for sending my signature for expert handwriting, section 47 of CPC to decide in the same suit. All the petitions of my sister were dismissed in the trial court. My sister filed revision petition for the above petitions in the high court and high court allowed all petition of my sister.

If I want to set aside the orders should I approach the same high court or should go to supreme. What options are available to me. Please do kindly advise.

same court only, once the court passes orders, as law is based upon facts only. if you are a respondent move now itself.

What do you mean by High Court allowed all the petitions of your sister? Is it that her petitions are admitted? If you can file your counter/objections in the same court. Even if High Court gives order/judgement in favour of your sister, you should approach the appellate authority in the same High Court.

Sir,
With due respect to Dr.Vashitha I have not sent full casefile. Further it is not possible to send the same for legal clarification. Querist can expect reply for one or two queries and not the whole case.
My expectations are lawyers not all may misguide but some lawyers may misguide clients hence it is imperative to have legal knowledge and monitor our case where it is leading. I am suffering in defending forged and manufactured document by my sister for last 18 years and still the case is going on and I am staying in rented house. The suit is for partition preliminary decree pending. Now how many years to go.

Mr.Satyanarayana, it appears your sister is being guided by an expert lawyer, whereas it is missing with you. You can discuss all these matters with your advocate and ask him to expedite the matters.
