What does the case relate to? U have mentioned Doctors, are all the accused doctors?

UR solace might be only in the HC?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 24 May 2015
If the police is directed to register FIR, on the basis of FIR, they may arrest the accused and remand them, so taking precaution is always better.
Biswanath Roy (Expert) 31 May 2015
During investigation if police finds any body committed cognizable offense and any body abated to that offense then both the persons can be arrested.
